Privacy Policy — Graph Scan

Graph Scan ("the App", package name com.ezcompany.graphdigid) is a mobile application developed by Ez Company ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your choices. By using the App, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Information We Access

The App is designed to work primarily on your device. It does not require an account or login.

Camera and Photos: With your permission, the App uses your device's camera (or an image you pick from your gallery) to capture a photo of a chart. This photo is analyzed entirely on your device to detect bars, lines, and axis values. It is not uploaded to our servers or any third party.
Chart Data You Create: Titles, labels, and numeric values you extract or edit are saved only in a local database on your device, so you can view your history later. This data is never transmitted off your device by the App.
CSV Export: When you choose to export a result as CSV, the file is generated locally and only shared to the destination (e.g. email, cloud storage, messaging app) that you explicitly select using your device's share menu.
Language and Theme Settings: Your chosen app language and light/dark theme preference are stored locally on your device.

2. Advertising

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. To provide relevant ads and measure ad performance, Google AdMob and its partners may collect and use data such as your advertising identifier, general device information, approximate location, and app usage/interaction data, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

You can manage ad personalization for your device in your device's system settings (e.g. Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android), or opt out of interest-based advertising through Digital Advertising Alliance tools where available.

3. Permissions Used

Camera: to photograph a chart for analysis. Never used for any other purpose, and never accessed without your explicit action.
Internet / Network State: used only to request and display ads (Google AdMob). The chart-reading feature itself works fully offline.

4. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the photos or chart data you create with any third party. The only outside party involved is Google AdMob, described in Section 2, which operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Saved chart records, photos, and settings remain on your device until you delete them within the App or uninstall the App, at which point they are removed along with the App's local storage.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

グラフスキャン(以下「本アプリ」といいます。パッケージ名: com.ezcompany.graphdigid)は、Ez Company(以下「当方」といいます)が開発・提供するモバイルアプリケーションです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報の内容、利用目的、および利用者の選択肢について説明するものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、以下の内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。

1. 取り扱う情報について

本アプリは、主にお使いの端末内で完結する形で動作するよう設計されています。アカウント登録やログインは不要です。

カメラ・写真: 利用者の許可のもと、端末のカメラ(またはギャラリーから選択した画像)を使ってグラフの写真を撮影します。この写真は端末内で解析され、棒・折れ線・軸の数値を検出します。当方のサーバーや第三者へアップロードされることは一切ありません。
作成したグラフデータ: 抽出・編集したタイトル、項目名、数値は、後から履歴として確認できるよう端末内のローカルデータベースにのみ保存されます。本アプリがこのデータを端末外へ送信することはありません。
CSV書き出し: 解析結果をCSVとして書き出す場合、ファイルは端末内で生成され、利用者が端末の共有メニューで明示的に選択した送信先(メール、クラウドストレージ、メッセージアプリなど)にのみ共有されます。
言語・テーマ設定: 選択した表示言語やライト/ダークテーマの設定は、端末内にのみ保存されます。

2. 広告について

本アプリはGoogle AdMobが配信する広告を表示します。関連性の高い広告の提供や広告効果の測定のため、Google AdMobおよびそのパートナーが、広告識別子、端末に関する一般的な情報、おおよその位置情報、アプリの利用・操作データなどを収集・利用する場合があります。詳細はGoogleのプライバシーポリシーおよびGoogleサービスを利用するサイト・アプリからの情報の取り扱いについてをご確認ください。

端末の設定(Androidの場合「設定 → プライバシー → 広告」など)から広告のパーソナライズを管理できるほか、利用可能な地域ではDigital Advertising Allianceのツールを通じて興味関心に基づく広告をオプトアウトできます。

3. 使用する権限

カメラ: 解析対象のグラフを撮影するために使用します。それ以外の目的には使用せず、利用者の明示的な操作なしにアクセスすることはありません。
インターネット・ネットワーク状態: 広告(Google AdMob)の取得・表示のみに使用します。グラフ読み取り機能自体はオフラインで完結します。

4. 情報の第三者提供・販売について

当方は利用者の個人情報を販売することはありません。また、撮影した写真やグラフデータを第三者と共有することもありません。関与する外部サービスは第2項に記載のGoogle AdMobのみであり、同サービスは独自のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて運用されています。

5. データの保存・削除について

保存されたグラフの記録・写真・設定は、利用者が本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保持されます。アンインストール時には、本アプリのローカルストレージとともにすべて削除されます。

6. 児童のプライバシーについて

本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としておらず、児童の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。児童が個人情報を提供したと思われる場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。

7. 本ポリシーの変更について

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。変更内容は本ページに掲載し、「最終更新日」を更新します。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続された場合、改定後のポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
